Placing online orders    
    When you are finished with your shopping, click the "check out" button of shopping basket on the right side of your screen and fill in the information as required. At the end of the check out process, you'll see a page confirming your order. Please click the "place order now" button to complete your purchase.
    If you are a returning customer, you will be prompted to login by providing your email address and password. If you can't remember your password, click here to retrieve your hint.
    If you are a new customer and have not shopped with us before, you will be required to register first by providing your email address and password, before completing the check out process. Click here to register.

    Sending gifts    
    We have some beautiful DIY gift-wrapping kits which you can use to wrap your own gifts quickly and easily. Simply check the box next to "Would you like to buy a DIY Gift- wrapping Kit?" on the Shopping Basket page (Step 1 of the checkout process) and then choose your desired DIY gift-wrap.
    You will also be asked on the Payment page (Step 3 of the checkout process) "Do you want the product price printed on the delivery note?". If you are sending the order as a gift, you may select "no" and the delivery note included with the order will show only the product name and quantity. If you have selected to insert a free gift card in your order, we have already pre-selected "no" for you in this question.
    Important note for orders to the mainland China: The China postal authorities have imposed tighter postal security measures ahead of the Olympics. For all parcels send to China, the product prices must be printed on the Delivery Note. Therefore, this choice is NOT AVAILABLE for orders to be sent to the mainland China.

    Payment methods

    PayPal    PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account.     Telegraphic Transfer
    Please pay the exact amount of your order in US Dollars to the following bank account. Customers are responsible for any telegraphic transfer and bank transaction fees. Remittance must be free from any commission charges by the bank. A US$25 handling fee is required. For Korean orders, handling fee is US$5.

    Please fax the telegraphic transfer copy to us at (852) 2505 0631, stating your order number. If payment is not received within 3 working days, the order will be cancelled and we will inform you by email.    

    For orders deliver to China:

    Delivery note    
    We normally insert a hard copy of the delivery note with your order. If you do not want the product price printed on the delivery note, please select "no" on the Payment page (Step 3 of the checkout process) when you are asked "Do you want the product price printed on the delivery note?". If you are sending the order as a gift, we suggest you select "no" in order to hide the product price.

    Charging to your credit card
    We only charge your credit card when we dispatch your order. That means that if you cancel your order before your order is dispatched, you will not be charged on your credit card. In the case if you request to remove some items from your order before we dispatch your order, or in the rare case, when some of the items in your order are out of stock, we will only charge you the items that we have dispatched.

    Fraud protection
    In order to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity, as part of order processing procedure, beautyspace screen all orders and reserve the right to withhold or refuse processing any orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. In some cases, we may request a copy of your credit card statement through fax or email to verify your payment, or our Customer Service representative may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to disable any member accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

    Customs & Tax  
    When ordering from beautyspace you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. Beautyspace has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
    If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to beautyspace, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you.
    NOTE: As import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must comply with the laws and requirements of the country, we MUST provide the product value for the customs clearance. In addition, some of the countries requested to attach the product details with value outside the parcel, thus, we will NOT amend the product value in any circumstances.

    Free samples
    With any purchase of HK$600/US$75 or more, you'll receive free samples with your order. You will be asked to select your preferred samples in the Select Sample page (Step 4 of the checkout process). Samples are limited and change often, we regret that we are unable to reship samples if they arrive damaged, if you receive the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order. Offers good while stock lasts.
    If you would like to buy the real size product of the samples you have tried but have problems finding the product on the website, please contact us for assistance.

    Order confirmation

    After successfully placing an order, you will see a page thanking you for your order, together with an Order Number. You will also get an order confirmation email with all the details on. If you do not see either of these, there maybe a problem with your order. You can check '"my account > order history" to see if the order is there and therefore has been placed.
    Sometimes an order will be successfully submitted even if you get an error message on the last step. Please check the list of recent orders in "my account" before attempting to place the order again.
    If you do not receive the order confirmation email, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails. Please refer to the "Technical > Cannot receive emails" section for more details.

    Changing Orders 
    Once you have completed your purchase thru Beautyspace, we do not accept any changes on ordered items. For any changes on ordered item, a US$5 administration fee is required for each change. Please note: Whenever you make a change of an order, the estimated delivery date will be affected. Once an order is being packed or dispatched, no change will be accepted.. (Contact us)

    Cancelling Orders    
    We usually dispatch all orders within the next business day. If you would need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and specify your Order Number. A cancel order confirmation email will be sent to you. NOTE: Once an order is being packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled by you or our customer service department.
